How to Use:

1. Prepare a basic pickling liquid.

2. Add bite-sized vegetables and mix well, then turn the handle to apply pressure.

3. As the vegetables begin to pickle, adjust the pressure by turning the handle occasionally.
   (The vegetables will gradually release moisture and soak evenly in the brine.)

The instructions printed on the container include a basic pickling recipe, which is designed for around 400 grams of vegetables as a guide.
