Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and the reason for the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
